During my recent stay at Ambiez Residencehotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the value it offered. Now, I'll let you in on a little secret: I managed to snag a fantastic rate just before it tripled the following week! The proximity to the slopes is definitely a big plus-just a stone's throw from two cable car lifts. The hotel is modern and clean, with a well-equipped flat that comfortably accommodated my family of five. The kitchen had all the necessary cookware and utensils, making it practical for self-catering. Breakfast was a highlight, with a rotating buffet that included fresh veggies like carrots and a lovely selection of pastries. One standout feature was the spa, which offered a 45-minute session for just €12-an absolute steal compared to other options in the area. The indoor pool was also a welcome addition after a day on the slopes. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist, and the free parking made everything easier. If you're looking for an affordable yet comfortable base to enjoy the mountains, I'd say Ambiez is worth considering-just be sure to book early to get the best value!
